What is a steel-frame home?
A steel-frame home is a prefabricated property constructed using a galvanised steel structure. The main components are manufactured off-site in a controlled environment and then assembled on your plot. This approach ensures a high level of precision, durability, and a significantly faster construction programme compared to traditional building methods.
How does it differ from a traditional house?
Unlike conventional construction, which is built entirely on-site, steel-frame homes are largely produced in a factory setting. This results in more consistent quality, reduced construction time, and greater efficiency. The overall process is typically cleaner, quicker, and more predictable.
Are your homes considered mobile or permanent?
Depending on the design, foundation system, and local regulations, our homes can be classified as either mobile or permanent structures. Each project is adapted to comply with the relevant planning requirements.
Can I live in a steel-frame home all year round?
Yes, our homes are designed for comfortable year-round living. With appropriate insulation, ventilation, and materials, they perform well in both summer and winter conditions across Spain.
Do you deliver throughout Spain?
Yes, we deliver across mainland Spain. Delivery feasibility depends on site access and logistics, which we assess individually for each project.
